My passion as a maker lies in being able to take a concept from your mind and turn that into a unique piece that will be part of your life into future generations.

The Maker.

As a kid from a rural farming family, I grew up with endless opportunities to build, fix things and work with my hands. I am proud to come from generations of builders who taught me the true joy of using natural materials to bring ideas to life with your hands.

After 20 years succeeding in the corporate career that the world told me I needed, I was never able to be truly happy.

In 2017, I dedicated my energy to building custom pieces and re-discovered my true happiness. It was from this place of designing and building that Herbig Design Co. was birthed.

Over the last 5 years I have had the opportunity to create incredible custom pieces that will live on in my clients’ families for generations. Nothing brings me greater joy!
